They promise to send you a 0% lifetime credit card for $199.90 guareented to be shipped before midnight UPS that same day with a bank card purchase. I received an internet ad explaining a great deal for those like me who had, due to misfortune, divorce and or bankruptcy and couldn't get a credit card that I could receive a life time 0% credit card and that it would be shipped by mid-night the same day. Being on disability and medication, at that time anything seemed like a good deal. I answred all of their questions from the operator that called me. They called me on 3 different occassions using up my cell phone minutes, since that is the only phone I have. They kept calling me for verification while being recorded. Everytime I tried to ask a question they would have to start the recording over, saying that I wasn't allowed to ask questions while on the recording because it was for verification only. The last time they called I was in my Fathers van that had just blown a radiator in rush hour traffic. I was into much of a shock to tell them to go to hell. It has now been almost a month and after two different calls to them about this matter. SCOTT the customer service operator just tells me I will get it tomorrow UPS or the latest Monday. SAME LIE, SAME SCAM. Courtney Springfield, Missouri

In response to Roxane's statements about recording for legal purposes: I have been victimized by the same BABC as this guy was. Thanks for the info. This is certainly not a rip on your response, just a note. Its not the recording itself thats is so evil, its the fact that when you do interject because something sounds fishy, they simply lie about anything and everything your concerned about and then scratch it from the record. I've got some good recording equipment. I would love to call one of these companies and record their lies but I am betting this would mean nothing in court. Maybe I can trick them into consenting? Hmmm??

I work for a credit card Issuing department, I read the above report, they sure do have ways to immatate real issuing agencies. The truth is we do have to record a legal document, and we do have to stop the recording if you start asking questions, like I mentioned, it is a legal document, so that is why. That does not mean I think they are a real company, I just want to mention that the recording is done that way...Thank you for your time.
