Complaint Review: Back Office Solutions Hawaii - Kapolei Hawaii

Dennis Kennedy of Back Office Solutions and DL Kennedy Corp is a loser and has been a loser all his life.  He's a 13 year old immature boy trapped in an 60 year old body.  He's never been successful in business and never will be.  Truth is, you're always late to pay your rent because you and your shady businesses is in debt.  Have you learned to PAY YOUR BILLS!  You have a lawsuit which you still owe a business money. (I know more than you think!)  You still owe me money but you have never paid me back.  If you can't pay your bills why would you bring on a new VP of your shady operation named Jessica who your wife Tammy does not approve of.  I hope your new company Big Idea Marketing can help you get out of the hole you've just got into.  I actually feel very sorry for you.  You have drama at home and the office and it's only going to get worse.  You're a scam, a liar and a very shady businessman.  Your video testimonial on your website is a joke.  So are your reviews on yelp.  The only thing real about your company is the rip off report on this website. Seems like you have a lot more enemies than myself.  You will never get anywhere trying to cut corners and burning people.  Hawaii is way too small.  You're a very sad little man with a little brain and more importantly little respect for others. 

First let me say this kind of website and even Yelp allows anyone to post untruthful malicious things without truly identifying themselves let alone actually having a connection to you or your business. Peoples reputations as well as lives can be destroyed if this type of thing is allowed to continue. If you have a legitimate problem with me I will do everything in my power to fix it. But I digress.

The former client in this case is The Ultimate Fundraiser here in Hawaii owned by a young kid named Chad Bergantz. I have no idea who his friend is.

We started out doing a quoted 10 page website for him that turned into a 27 page website. Therefore the price increased. We also did a background per his specifications for all of his marketing materials. He sent it to his printing company and it wouldn't print correctly. We spent a week fixing this, remember his specs, therefore the cost increased. This is just a few of the items I could post but I think you get the idea.

He only operates with cash because he said he doesn't want to lose his food stamps. I told him you are also avoiding federal and state taxes. He didn't care. We of course recorded all transactions.

He came in one day and totally disrespected me and I cut ties right then and there. He's called my daughter an ugly fat little pig and insulted others in my office. I can prove everything I am telling you.

I ask him to have his friend remove this bogus post by this past Wednesday or I would take all the steps available to me to regain my reputation. Here are his last 2 emails to me.

Yes Wednesday. I dont have any "friend" or know of any website Ripoff.com. You have until Wednesday or suffer
the consequences. 12 hours and counting. I hope you make the right decision for you AND your employees well being. If not, just remember that and payback is a b***h. Last warning.

I was going to sign with Back Office Solutions but I had a funny feeling about them so I decided to hold off on it.  After reading all the negative reviews I am glad I didn't move forward with the agreement.  I did follow up on the company's references that they gave but I also called on some of the clients they've had in the past and have heard really bad stories.  This just confirms my decision and I will stick with my current HR service.  Thank you!
