 Thia company ripped me off multiple times. They only offer a decent service to paying members, however, if you purchase anything you are automatically subscribed to an ongoing payment. If you try to unsubscribe it states on the unsubscribe page that this will also cancel anything you have paid for and in the terms and conditions it states you will not be given a refund. If you are unaware of the subscription which I was on at least two occasions they will refuse a refund. In fact they also commeneted on one of my either reviews stating they would give me a refund, then when i sent a screenshot to their support team they refused me a refund stating that they would only issue a refund for another product. When i sent them screenshots of the time they refused me a refund for he other product they did not reply. Other consumers have been ripped off as well with at least one being charged 5 times for one product and then being refuaed a refund. Beware this company, they leech their clients dry until they lose the customer and then leech the next one dry.
