My wife and i got a take-out order for $7.00. It was a very small portion and appeared to be left overs from the previous day. The food was so bad that we tossed it out. We called the restaurant for a refund. We wrote them a letter. My wife even went to Bahn Thai to ask for a refund. No results.
On 29 April, i called one last time. I spoke with the manager and got the run-around story about some policy that Bahn Thai has on refunds. After all this time has passed, he is giving us his policy. Why not before in response to our calls,visits, and letters?
We will not patronize Bahn Thai Bistro ever again.
