Bally Total Fitness Center Contract default on closed locations Hurst Texas
I paid my yearly membership in June of this year for the club I belong to in Hurst, according to my contract. The club closed two weeks later. Balley's refuses to refund my membership fees stating they they will upgrade me so I can go to the club in Irving. My contract was with the Hurst location, I don't want to drive to Irving from Hurst (about 45 minutes to an hour, based on traffic) to go to the gym. My club membership was at a location 5 minutes from where I live. I think is is a breach in contract on their part and I should not be forced to continue my membership to a club I can't go to.
