God forbid you "sweat" while you're working out at a gym.

Hi Patty,
I'm sorry to hear about your concerns regarding the temperature of the health club(s) you work out in. We want you to love Bally and keep coming back because you think its a great value and workout experience.
Our club's thermostats should be set at 74 degrees - which is industry standard. In some cases the thermostats may be located in areas, such as a hallway, that cause "hot spots" in other areas of the club.
Since you didn't mention which club(s) you work out at, would you please provide me with the location(s) and any other specifics that will help us identify the problem (i.e. area of the club, time of day, etc.)?
I will forward this information to the Market Manager and OVP so they can send someone out to measure the temperature and adjust the thermostats accordingly.
Please let me know,
All the Best,
Beth Williams
