Ballys ripoff West Los Angeles California
bally's lie and they can fool people into sighning any contracted and my husband did not sighn anything to give their permission to take money out of his account they just do it. Also we don"t live closser to one and won't let us cancled our membership. Rule number one don"t sighn anything unless they let you pay cash every month so they won't have your credit card.
If they want credit card information then it is not worth joining. They are screwing my family because we sign a contracted and we moved and their is not one in my town and they are getting paid I am not using their health club. They should be refunding everyone their policey sucks and it rips people off.

Ballys Total Fitness called them many to try to resolve the sittion

I called them many to try to resolve the sittion. Yesterday I called them and they said they would me back in the sameday and if they don"t called me back to call them back. From day one I had problems with them. I was suposed to have a personal trainer for a week very funny meaning I didn"t have one for that long and it took them a week for one and 3 days for my personal trainer to call me. The personal trainer took for ever to call me back. In my own eyes the company already broken the contract. I am not happy with that company and I am not using it and I don"t live closs to one and they wont let me cancle the membership when in the first place they cant fallow what they said. I feel everyone should get together and have a pattion or have a legail action against the company. Using peoples credit card with out their permision we did not sighn a thing giving permision to take money out of our count every month. I never read about this company before I lived by one at the place I used to live at. I wanted to join a gym big mistake I can say over and over in my head
