Balmer and Kalt Sent me a watch that had a inflated price. And they claim it was a sale!
I purchased a watch on facebook from Balmer and Kalt
They claim this watch is a good quality watch.
As soon as I got the watch I was not happy and wanted to return the watch about 3 days later.
Then the crazy Run arount began. They wanted me to jump through Hoops.
They claim that their Guru will help me and return my email.
First they said I can't return the watch if there is nothing wrong.
What kind of company does not let you return something you bought and want to return.
I am just very disgusted with Balmer and Kalt for there customer service which there is NO customer Service what soever!!!
They just send you a watch from overseas ( China) and that's it you are stuck with a lousey piece of JUNK watch.
