Yes the Wellness plans auto-renew, and it is difficult to cancel (which you can) but it's all there if you actually read the contract. Sorry your expected to be a responsible adult and read but it's all there. Just because some kid at the desk hands you a contract and says you'll save money doesn't mean that if you don't read it you get out of it. You can cancel during the contract, it's annoying but you can't talk to customer service, you have to talk to Wellness Plan Relations which does have a lengthy hold time. I'm guessing you didn't want to wait and just got mad that customer service said "we can't do that but I can give the number of Wellness Plan Relations" and are totally fabricating the truth. Also when you cancel you are responsible for services you did use. On top of the price whatever services you use are broken down over 12 months, if you want to cancel after 3 months the services are due. You still owe. A lot of times they'll cut the price to just the bare minimum of what you used to help you. But again if you would have actually spoken to who you should of you would know that. Or you could have taken the time to read the contract, or said, "I'll just pay for the services I incurred today and go over the Wellness Plan at home to see if I need it". But that would be responsible. Which I'm guessing your not.
