I went into the in store bank to make a deposit and then did a little grocery shopping. Went out to my car and realized I had left my key's in the bank. The bank was closed by then so I came back the following day to pick up my keys.

I asked the manager and he said he'd go check the lost and found. He came back and said there are no keys. I said my trunk in the car was found open and maybe you could ask your employees to see if they had mistakenly took my keys from last night, he replied no they didn't because I was here and there were no keys left on the counters and we check everything before we close, even if they were left it would be in the lost and found. I asked again and he said there might be another place where it might be, then the teller walks out who had my keys and he apologized to me because my keys were cut broken in two pieces. He said they were left here for more then 3-4 days and they cut keys after that!! I asked for the manager and he said it's not there responsibility to hold lost and found items and they are not lost and found, whatever that means. He backed up his teller and said the keys were here for a few days and that's their policy. However he showed me another set of keys that were there for a longer length of time and they were not cut up. I replied that I was here less then 24 hours ago making a deposit and I had my deposit slip to prove it so my key couldn'tve been there for 3-4 days. He said there is nothing he can do!!

Now I have to get my car towed to the dealer to have them program 2 sets of keys for me. I will have towing expense, the dealer charging me for programming the keys and making the actual keys, and also taking the day off from work to have this done.

It Seems As Though Some 'HANKY PANKY' took place!! You Must...

GO TO the Businessweek Article - A CREDIT CARD YOU WANT TO TOSS (you can 'Google' it!, It's about Bank of America)) and go to the 'comments section' and sing- 'HANKY PANKY SONG', that recently came out!! There are poems to read in the 'comments section' also!!! SUGGESTION TO ALL Bank of America account holders- CLOSE YOUR BofA accounts NOW, and open up an account at a Local Credit Union or a Local Bank!!! It seems as though some 'HANKY PANKY' might be taking place in the Banking Industry in the USA!!!! Remember, IT'S YOUR MONEY, not theirs!!! Bank of America took over Countrywide last year!! Countrywide COLLAPSED!!! If Bank of America is having MONEY PROBLEMS, who do YOU think they will target???? Hmm, maybe their own CUSTOMERS?? Cancel your BofA accounts NOW and you won't have to put up with their 'HANKY PANKY' anymore!! QUESTION: If everytime you stepped into your back-yard you were bitten by a rattle-snake, would you CONTINUE going into the back-yard?? It certainly SEEMS as though many people don't mind getting BITTEN over & over & over.. CANCEL ALL BofA accounts NOW!! Good luck to everyone, except the Banks!!!
