Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
Bank of America has made several FDCPA violations on my home loan.  Illegally transferring the 2nd loan to Green Tree of Illinois without notification whatsoever and then recently handing over their 1st loan to Well Fargo without notification and now my home is set for auction on November 8th, 2010 unless I come up with $200,000.00  They also do the usual pretending to wish to modify schemes as PNC Mortgage and National City have done.  All the banks these days are crooked and out to screw over the people.  I believe the FBI and others need be involved with these matters.  I am doing my best to stall the auction and get them fined and punished for transferring without consent.  The same goes for the new loan owner.  They must notify of this change as well.  So I must complain about Wells Fargo also.  They are just as guilty by breaching their words about the 3 month moratorium  I had on another home and calling and harassing an elderly person every day.  Fortunately that was a single loan with no piggy bank and taken off my hands.

on the web. There might be a group like that where you live, right? Check it out.

Then contact your Attorney General right away and file a report via the web and by certified mail.

Finally, send a copy of your complaint to the New York Attorney General, Andrew Cuomo, because some of the banks foreclosing on homeowners throughout the USA have their headquarters in New York. (Mr. Cuomo needs to know what's going on.)

P.S. If you stay here at this site and type in 502469 it will take you to where "CUOMO POEM" is posted in the consumer comments section at Ripoff Report #502469.
(I believe it's 'Consumer Comment #37'.)

Good luck to you!
