Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

i have been a loyal customer of bank of america for 45 + years and never had any troubles until this bank got a new manager  who has no clue what he is doing. i have called in to complain about this issue since oct 2014 and never got an answer as to when problem was going to be taken care of just excuses.

i then got a letter from this bank and was informed the they were going to close my account and i called to find out why it was being closed ! i could not get an answer out of anyone and i told them why and they said they didn't have to tell me !

i thought that if you have problems with something you file a complaint little did i know you would get screwed by complaining about the rotten service. i have tried many times to get this issue solved but it seems like b of a  would rather sweep any comments under the rug and not address them.

this is the only full service bank in this area ( one is 6 blocks away) and we have many people (merchants, customers, students and others who work and live in the area) who need this branch and not have to wait a long time and we have lost tellers because of the new manager.

i am now a new member of wells fargo and will be very happy cause now when this bank goes under i am going to laugh !!!!

First off Einstein...what you don't want to hear is the TRUTH.  This bank or any other bank can close any account they wish.  They don't need to give you warning and they don't need to tell you why.  That's covered under federal banking regulations.  Banks can, will and do close accounts for these common reasons:  it remains dormant, they have an indication fraud is or will be committed by the account holder or there is some type of risk/liability as a result of something the account holder is doing with the account.  One of those BIG REASONS is the account holder's history of being overdrawn.  So then, you can stomp your feet all you want, they don't need to tell you JACK S*** so drop the ATTITUDE PROBLEM.

Secondly, just like so many other feeble minded people who have no intelligent rebuttal, Robert tried to help you and your sorry response is "you must have some connection with the banking industry" or some such other dumb statement.  Get off your high horse.  If you can't stand it when somebody writes back and doesn't tell you what you want to hear, then don't post here!  Its a public site!

So let me save you the effort...don't bother saying I must work for them...because I don't!

i have stated a couple of times "they closed my account and i did not agree to that" i have never had any trouble with b of a in the years i have been a customer. i dio have a right to know why my account was closed no matter what !

i complained about said manager starting in oct of 2014, i opened my account in 1976 and never had problems with this bank.  i did not say anything about the staff and always had a great customer and staff relationship. i never had any trouble with the staff only the new manager !

i have a feeling that you are somehow related to the banking companies becauser you are defending them. as a customer i do have the right to complain when the bank i am doing transanctions with is have issues!!!!!!  this is my right no matter what you or anyone else says as a customer!

i have every right to say this and i could care less what you think! if you don't like what i say ...then you don't need to answer this. this is my issue and i feel very strong about this and am not going to say you are right no matter who you are !

if you want proof then you can come to this branch , talk to the tellers , customers, and merchants who use this bank!!!!! you will see i am not the only one who has issues with this bank! and just for your info this is my last post , if this offends you then go find someone else to bug.

i thought you have a right to complain when you bank is not operating by their standards , i will tell you i am never going to lose sleep at what you have to say no matter who you are!

You have still not said what question they won't answer.

If you were asking anything about what would be considered "personnel matters" that is NONE of your business as that is between Bank of America and the Employee(s) involved.

If you are saying that you were asking why your account was closed.  Yes, you have a right to ask.  However, they are under no obligation to tell you as they have the right to close your account at any time and for any reason.  Oh and yes when opened the account you agreed to this term.

If it is something else, what problem did you have and what question are they not answering.

i had a great manager who got sick and then got a new manager who has no clue what he is doing , we had 3 great tellers who quit in a ten day span.

this manager has mad lots of customers complain about him. when you have 3 great tellers quit in ten days this is an issue but never had one before he came here.

i have never been to a bank and had a manager who was a jerk and had no people skills. i didn't close my account they sent me a letter saying they were going to close it and would not tell me why. i couldn't get an answer from them no mater what i said.

i told them it was my right to get an answer to my question and they were very rude and was not going to answer me. i have been at this bank since 1976 and been a very loyal customer and never had any issues until this new manager.

this manger has caused lots of problems at my branch and is rude to customers and staff.  i didn't want my account closed ...i didn't have a say in this matter.

So what was this issue that you were calling them since October and finally got them to decide to close your account.
