This poster has made a legitimate complaint against Bank of America. She has every reason to be upset. Instead of trying to help her several of you come on this site and use her post as a fight arena! It is distasteful! Why not try being productive instead of destructive! Poster, I had a friend this same thing happened to recently. She was eventually able to re-finance but not before having her credit affected by BOA's incompetence!
