bank of america BOA Bank of America committed fraud and theft. I have it on tape. Internet
I denied Bank of America Visa, ACH access to my checking account to withdraw full payments for principal and interest on two occasions and even blocked them from accessing my checking account at Bank of America. They ignored the block and even agreed to replace the funds on the phone (then sent a letter refusing to do so). Predatory lending, theft, and fraud. I have not decided yet how to proceed:
