This is by far the worst company I have ever had to deal with (even worse than Comcast). Their customer service department employees are the most evil and uncaring/unhelpful people I have ever had to deal with. I was not given proper credit for a deposit, and I am currently still on hold while I am writing this. It has now been over 30 minutes of hold time according to the time counter on my phone. This is not the first time I have had a problem with Bank of America- they seem to pride themselves in providing the worst customer service possible. I cannot wait to switch banks.

Do not do business with this company- find another local bank and you will be much better off.

After about 45 minutes of hold time, my representative at Bank of America did actually manage to get me the information I needed, and sent me documentation to clarify what happened immediately via first class mail. The hold time was incredibly frustrating, but they did answer my question, and suprisingly enough provide satisfactory service. Case Closed.
