On Feb. 27, 2017, I called Bank of America Customer Service to file a claim against DIRECTV for withdrawing funds they were not allowed to do. The lady who took the info, took it upon herself to cancel my debit card which was not used to make  the transaction and put a hold on my checking account. I have filed claims for years with BofA and never, ever has my account been compromised. I had to wait 7 days for a new card. No way to get money out of my account, thus leaving me helpless to get errands done and pay bills. A man named Aaron called me and admitted that it was BofA's error. Then I got a call from a lady, Tina, from their regulatory office stating that this is done when a complaint is filed... NOT! It never happened before! I asked for compensation for their fraud, but she said they don't do it. I wish I had the money to get an attorney... I would nail them for FRAUD!
