BANK OF AMERICA/Safeguard Property Mgmt REFUSES ME ACCESS YTO OWN HOME TO GET POSSESSIONS OUT! Went to foreclosure court where they promised me keys to property in June, they faltered, have yet to get into OWN home-they renegged, as usual, now I face losing all I own-Safeguard also damaged my property, took m some of thingts already-BOA does nothing-they damaged my property as well by putting unnecessary tarp on roof that was redone 2007- Fort Myers Florida

I see Ft Myers pro bono lawyer-wil work such off in their office-18 years in same home; BOA won't work with disabled me, seems mighty unfair-Despite catching up on my mortgage, Bank of America continued to foreclouse as initially they MISPLACED my payment; manager of local bank of America helped me BUT I got behind again...
Such started cycle of BOA blunders-started as Safeguard property management would come in home when i am not there, things disappeared as well as come and remow my yard after it had already been mowed day before
They tried to access house when i was inside, TRESPASSING
Then they inadvertently tarped my PERFECTLY GOOD ROOF when i was at work-noting just had new roof put on recently, had not fixed inside bubbles in ceiling, NOW ROOF leaks due to all those nails they put into tarp-
Then I got cited by code enfrorcvement how many times since that tarp was coming loose, waving allover, frazzled, etc-Hous eon MLS was broken into, ransacked-Code enforcement got into house, condemned it?I had 24 hourrs to move out-
Neighbor calls cops every time I am on property trying to figure out how to break into own home-I moved stuff off porch, he called cops
I moved stuff out of yard, neighbor on drugs called cops
NOW JUNE foreclosure court promised me keys, access to my own home, so far, back and forth I am RANTING as I face losing all my possessions-they refuse me access to my belongings-
They said I got till Sept 18-yet there is short sale on home who is gonna help me move my stuff-MLS listing ran out meanwhile, they feel short sale not worth their effort-Back to SHORT SALE but is NOT scheduled nor approved by BOA yet, they are aware of such-Buyer was to help me move my belongings out but now...dumpster is on property-
Poor communication: Safeguard says not theirs , Bank of America says not theirs-I stand to lose lifetime's worth of clothing, furniture, cookbook collection antiques, collections still within home, etc
Neither will cooperate with mehomeowner on books for property-I am not working, cannot afford lawyer, what to do?

BOA through Safeguard FINALLY agreed to meet with me, allow me access on Tuesday Sept 9 BUT HOME WAS BULLDOZED/DEMOLISHED to the ground,with my belongings inside it as I wrote this early yesterday morning-
I was in tears, hystrerical as i walked into Bank of America branch office, spoke with manager who appeared like she nknew nothing about such-spoke on phone with several BOA foreclosure reps-I was given yet another number o to call, was advised to hire a lawyer
Since I am in forecolosure, not working, partially disabled (started getting behind in payments after head on accident with uninsured motorist hurt my back mainly, making me unable to work)-I feel DEFRAUDING the elderly is a Federal crime in State of Florida, is indeed once again bank of America defrauding me by not claiming responsibility for my losing all my belongings is further negligence on BOA's behalf
