In late March of this year a salesman from this company contacted me on my home phone, repeatly pitching a business outline from a company called Bankcard Empire. He said that his company, Bankcard Empire would "perform" call blasts for 18,500.00 to companies that need Visa or Mastercard services. Now two months later, whenever I ask about leads or money, I keep getting the runaround. I was told by this time, May 2008, I would already be getting money from the business that used the Bankcard Empire services.
The salesman was extremely high pressure I had to make the decision on the phone, whereupon I gave him my credit card information.The total amount Bankcard Empire has charged me to date is: 18,500.00 not including the first time of 5000.00 in January
Currently, I have been swindled out of 18,500.00. I am an older retired man on a fixed income and have used my savings to pay off the credit card charges. When I asked the salesman for information about company officers, he said none of that is available, and their website is basically a shell with no information about investors, finances or other information that real companies have. Please help me figure out how to get my money back or sue Bankcard Empire

Bankcard Empire, forcing them to refund thanks to Ripoff Report

After I filed that report, I filed with all the credit card companies.. within the 60 day period, showing them the Ripoff report information and all the invoices,, for no services rendered, so far Chevy Chase had refunded me 9k, after I submitted quite a lot of paperwork, Wachovia is dragging its heels, and Bankcard empire calls me night and day,,and still is refusing to admit that it is scam ,, and has the nerve to actually want money from me for cancelling the contract! Even though they still hold the 5 thousand that I sent to them via check Slowly but surely,, but it has taken months of work and letters Thanks Ripoff Report for tipping me off to this telemarketing scam preying on older, home bound people looking to work from home
