Jerry, you are not harming BankCard University with your report but you might harm decent and honest representatives like me who want to suces in this business. When you applied to the company if you had read the terms and conditions you would read that there is a $34.95 monthly fee for the representatives website provided by the company. Could that fee be your $34.95 charged to your credit card? Think about it. Cordially, Hector **** - Bronx, New York U.S.A.

I am not endorsing the company in question. I would like to advise any who are interested in any of these offers to please read their "terms and conditions" before giving any information. This is what I found in their terms and conditions. Also, if this "Chris" person worked for the company they should have known this and advised "Jerry" of the terms in their rebuttal. Fees and Pricing "Membership Fees associated with BCU is monthly. This means you will be billed a monthly fee of $34.95 for your BCU Web Builder and Hosting. Your 34.95 will be billed on the 11th day after your trial begins, By Agreeing to the terms and Agreement you will be receiving a 10 day trial to the BCU system, you have 10 days to decide whether the program is for you this will make you active and you agree and authorize BCU, and sister or affiliate company to bill you this fee monthly until canceled. If your payment is not made either by credit card or check within 30 days of the due date your web site and services will be suspended. If you wish to cancel and not be billed you must call us at 1-866-544-6596 I also agree to be billed monthly for my fees. I agree to the Credit card issuer Agreement accordingly and to honor all charges and fees due. In Fact Member agrees that any disputes will not be chargeback or disputed to there credit card issuer. Any and all disputes will be handled and refunded by BCU. Any disputes from member that causes any financial harm or any losses can and will be held responsible for the reimbursement of those fees and losses. Member also agrees if paid by check or demand debit, that Member agrees to the following term I hereby authorize Reg.net on behalf of BCU, to initiate debit/credit entries to my bank deposit account as indicated upon sign up and enrollment. This authority is to remain in full force and effect until (a) BCU has received my written notification of its termination in such a manner as to afford BCU reasonable opportunity to act on it, and (b) all obligations to BCU that have arisen have been paid in full." I thought you should be made aware of this for future references. Thank you,
Chris

Hi Jerry, I never recieved a notification that you replied to my post. I requested to be notified by email from ripoff report when somone replied to the intial posting but I never recieved that notification. I did leave our phone number so that you can call in resolve the issue immediately. We'd be happy to resolve any outstanding issues but you need to give us a call and speak with Steve the Bankcard University account rep - 866-544-6596. If you had called that number previously we would have avoided the last 2 postings of yours. Once the matter is resolved we'll request that you remove the postings.

15 days since my last post in response to the rebuttal by "Chris", a supposed employee! I challenged the company to do the right thing, but they proved their true colors by not responding or doing anything to correct their admitted mistake, ie "admitted" were Chris a real employee! The lack of action on their part proves that the rebuttal was simply a ruse to gain P/R by making readers think they were legit and trying to correct their mistake. This is a typical ploy in today's society were the supposed intent is more important that the actual performance! Again, thanks RipOff Reports for the advice; the bank finally took off the bogus charge on my persistent insistance, but only after they charged another overlimit fee! I'll be filing another RipOff Complaint on them to warn other Internetters later. Readers beware, Bank Card University, Impact Processing, ETAL are not trustworthy--don't deal with them!

I'm not trying to be hard-nosed, but Prove your good intentions. Your mistake of $34.95 charge resulted in a $39.00 overlimit fee. Credit those charges and you will at least cover the out of pocket cost you caused. I don't know if the Bank is going to increase my rate because of the negative activity, but I will advise further when they make theie determination. Your Rebuttal did not mention the controversy over your relationship with Wells Fargo Bank, or the fact that all email addresses listed on our Website were inoperative. An explanation and corrective efforts are indicated to bring you back into creditable status.

Hi Jerry, We apologize for your experience. The response to our program was tremendous and we were overwhelmed by the number of people intersted in selling credit card processing services. We have currently added 4 customer service reps to help handle the added support requests. We also have an account specialist available that I can assign to work with you individually. You can ask for Steve. You can call us at 866-544-6596. The service failure was obviously in our part so I'd be happy to take care of refunding your credit card fees. We would request that you remove your listing on this site assuming we can come to an agreeable solution. We definately want to show you how you can make a fultime income in the credit card processing business. That has been our core business model for the last several years and we'd like to share that success with you.
