Especially when it anonymous. This contains false information. First of all, we NEVER bill for work that was not performed. No one has ever confronted us about billings for work that was never performed. If someone did, and we determined that there was an error on a bill, we would have immediately issued a credit to the client.
We never would say 'the statute of limitations has run' if someone contacted us about their bill, which makes no sense in the context of the report. We never 'falsify' bills. I have never been accused of falsifying any bills. No one has ever complained to our office that their bill was 'falsified' at all.
The report is also written as though there were multiple embezzlements. I have actually never embezzled anything from anyone. Beware, do not believe everything you read on the Internet. Many people presume that if something is on the Internet, it must be true, which is not always the case. Seek out the truth, don't accept what you read as absolutely true. Also, people post anonymously because they know that then they cannot be sued for defamation for posting false information about someone.

Anonymous report isn't to be believed. Greedy is actually not a word that anyone has ever used to describe me. In fact, clients are generally underbilled. Unfortunately, when there is a balance owed at the end of a case, some individuals feel compelled to call us greedy because we are wanting to be paid what is rightfully owed to us, instead of paying the bill.
We do not promise to do work and then don't do it. We promise to do the work and it gets done. No one ever complained to us that work was not done as promised, nor that they were waiting 4 months for something to be completed.
Don't believe everything you read on the Internet. Some people believe that if something is on the Internet, it must be true. Not the case. Seek out the truth.

Don't believe everything you read on the Internet. Description of events never occurred in my office. Too bad they are not brave enough to show their real name. Makes me wonder who they really are.
