I attended Barclay Career School in Jacksonville Florida back in 1990. I took up a computer course. I received a loan for $200 and nothing else. I could not find employment in what I took at this school because it was found to not be a credible school. I have been paying on this loan since 2003. I had to pay back the tuition cost of $4,000. The school closed and there was not a trace of any forwarding address or anything.
