Because you took the money off my card on a fraud case in which I never received the items, because the owners of the company, beezid, are on the run from the law. So they took my money and I was conned. Then you turned around and investigated and originally took the charges off. Then you came back and charged me for the items. Your fraud department did a flip-flop on the case. When I asked why, they said because I called three months after, so it was too long after I reported it, the reason for that is the people at beezid said my products would be here in September is what they told me. Which I never received because the owners shut down and took off with everyone's money and are being pursued by law enforcement. I also put charges on my American Express Platinum and Discover card. They investigated the case with beezid and took the charges off those cards right away. The company is a scam and the owners are on the run from law enforcement. Why you put the charges back on is a mystery to me. I would never recommend your card to anyone, and I will be paying off the balance to your card, so I will never have to deal with your company again, and will also confirm that Barclay credit cards are the worst credit card company I have ever dealt with and try to forget how I was defrauded on my account associated with you.

Barclay credit cards is located in England. They only have small offices in the U.S. I thought we got over monarchy in 1776. But still they remain the English Kings posse. So unfortunately we in the U.S. get screwed. So one more time. Stay as far away from Barclay credit cards. If you read my first post they originally agreed to take all charges off from beezid.com. Then 2 months later they did a flip-flop and their depatment charged me again for no reason, So I also want you to know that thousands were ripped off from beezid and their credit card companies reimbursed them. As for the rest of us, like the people whom had barclay cards, there will be a civel law action suit.

I filed the report to barclay credit cards within 37 days. Since no products were received. So please stop your only for profit business credit card attitude. I am trying to tell people in order to never get ripped off in any dispute. Choose another credit card. Barclays will rip you off in any dispute everytime. As long as they get their percentage. As for me. I now have the American Trade Commision after them along with the Americans with disabilities. I am sure they will help me with a fraudulent organization known as barclay!

Under the law, for protection in such a matter, it was up to YOU to put the matter into dispute within 60 days of the first appearance on your bill. As per YOUR very own words...YOU failed to do that. YOU failed...THEY didn't!
