"too good to be true".  I should have left this card alone! 

 

I applied online and was instantly approved for $2,000 which I was suppose to be able to instantly use on Apple.com.

Well that was the first lie! 

 

Days later and after talking with MANY reps they finally got the physical card to me. All that trouble should have been a sign telling me to give up.

 

I finally get the card, activate it (which was a HUGE process). I made a few purchases and then find out that they froze my account and will not let me use my credit anymore until I send them personal documents such as copies of my ID, social security card and other proof of identity documents!! I have had several credit cards and never once have I had to submit such documents. I have always been told to NEVER mail those types of documents. 

Every time I call its something different.... I either get a Rep that asks a few questions and (lies) tells me that the freeze on my account has been removed or after speaking to nine Reps that say my account is useable I get someone that tells me they will not unfreeze my account until they get those documents. 

 

This company is really shady!
