In the beginning of June 2012, I wanted to try their make up so I ordered it via online. When I got their product, I immediatly tried it out but soon realized I couldn't stand it. So I called up the company, told them of my dislikes and they offered to have me send it back. I declined and said it was ok, I would give it to someone else and to please cancel my future orders. The lady said OK and she confirmed that I no longer wished to receive the product.
In july, I saw another charge on my banking account for 47.26 so I called them up and stated I had already wanted to cancel so they needed to stop charging me. The lady got rude about it and I escalated the call to corporate and they had a supervisor call me back. I explained to her what was going on, she refused to help and said to send back the new shipment. Fine. So I went to my bank as it was a pending charge and told to stop payment which they did.
Fastforward to now august and my bank accnt was free of this company and I check my bank accnt only to find another charge from Bare escentuals so I call my bank to file a claim. The claims department decided to call them as enough was enough and I had not recieved ANY makeup from them in July or August but they wanted to charge it. The person simply refused to speak to me with my bank. When I had the person on the phone just the two of us, the guy stated this was not his companies fault because I was recieving a trial offer. I attempted to explain the whole thing to him and this guy decided to just hang up after saying it wasn't his problem. Well he needs to make it his problem or he should find another job.
