There is a mixed blessing for businesses likes us. A good online review can bring more customers in. On the other hand, by virtue of competition or negative publicity someone posts a bad review, it could be a potentially turn away lot of potential customers.
As soon as we found out about the post on ripoffreport.com, we went through the profile of the so called "customer" who wrote them. Now the biggest challenge we have is, most of the time these reviews were put online by the competitive firms to create negative impressions or do bad publicity for a legitimate and growing company as ours to limit the competition in the market of third party computer support. It is very unlikely for us to get in contact with the profile creator who put such reviews which has been created under fake credentials. We assure that we achieve a scale rate of 100% satisfied customers. Not everyone can fit in with the business model that we follow. We have our protocols and policies in place to ensure customer satisfaction by the end of the day. We try to make technology as easy as possible for business and homes Computer users. Moreover our customer base is quite happy with our way of dealing with them however, if we fail to do so in any odd case, we refund the charged amount and part our ways proactively.
As far as legitimacy and genuineness is concerned, we have 100%resolution rate But if there is a slanderous or untrue exaggeration is in the picture, the only thing we can do from our part is to be continuously in touch with the forum mentors so that we can identify the user and discuss the case further. Our feedback team has been constantly in communication with the public forums on which the reviews were written. The day we are able to find the record of our existing customer. We will be more than relieved to discuss the matter and close it according to our customer’s satisfaction however so far we are unable to identify any of the reports legitimate enough as none of them found to be our customers.
Its a humble request to kindly remove this fake report..
