Bargain Price Wholesale ripoff lies no response from Vince Stead steals from customers San Diego California
On 3-3-06, I have made a large purchase from Vince Stead. He did NOT ship my order, nor have I received a refund. He refuses to respond to my emails, which I have emailed him at least once a day to check on the status of my orders. He was to ship 60 shirts to a customer in France,as he is a drop-shipping supplier,he has failed to do so.
Vince has emailed me once saying that he has shipped the box but it was returned to him by customs,which I believe is a lie. He then emailed me saying the shirts are sitting in a box. I am very upset that he has done nothing with this order but let it sit at his place.Why hasn't he shipped them to France? I paid him 75.00 to ship them. Vince then shipped the box to me, so now I have to ship it to France, which will cost me 46.00 today. Vince has agreed to refund me the shipping,but has not responded to my emails or Paypal Money Request. I am being ripped off.
Vince has also failed to ship an order for 2 German Style Motorcycle Helmets to a customer in California, who has paid on 3-30-06, a very large amount of money,as it was over 100.00 total. Vince has emailed me one time saying the helmets have been shipped. I wonder why my customer hasn't received these items??
These items should have been shipped out long ago. This is unfair to me and most of all, unfair to my customers who have been waiting and so very patient.
