BarkOff IBO Mail deceptive advertising Fairfield, New Jersey
I followed the link in an email advertisement for these Bark Off ultrasonic sound emitters to help control the incessant barking dog and once the already done, pay page came up, there were 4 units added with the shipping and handling fee of $6.99 each added! When I called immediately to cancel the order, I was told that it was not processed yet and so had to wait a day before it coudl be altered. I waited the day and called again this AM and was told that it was already in process and could not be changed or stopped. Also, they would send an RMA but would NOT under any circumstances refund the shipping charges. There was no working with them so I called my credit card company and put a dispute on the charges - the second of that day from the same company!
