Barmensen - Maxoderm - Vazomyne - Vivaxa They kept taking money out of my account & charged me for things I didn't order within a matter of weeks! Denver Colorado
This company is the ULTIMATE RIP-OFF!!! I ordered the product, Maxoderm for my boyfriend with the understanding that no other orders would be shipped to me before 30 days. I did not order Vivaxa, or Vazomyne. They sent me these anyway, and decided (without my approval) to put me on auto-ship for these products as well.
They charged me for my initial order on 7/22/08. I then noticed TWO charges of $99.99 taken out of my account on 8/11/08. I called them and all they could say is there was a clerical order on their part! I questioned them about the 30 days they were to wait before sending me anything else, and they had no acceptable answer for this. I asked to speak to a supervisor. The customer service person argued with me about this! I finally got to speak to someone else...they said nothing more than the other person did.
After a long time, I finally got the information for their corporate office, located in New Jersey, phone # 732-593-3922, but was not given a name to call!!!!
I made known my outrage at their practices, and that I wanted no further shipments, and my money returned immediately! They said nothing could be done until I sent back my yet-to-be-received packages were sent back to them! I expressed my outrage at this! Finally, about a week later, I got one Charge of $99.99 put back into my account! I then received another package, and immediately sent it back!
Then, to my utter shock, I saw yet ANOTHER charge from my account for $69.98 taken out on 8/20/08!!!!!! I called them again, and they said I was on 30 day autoship for 3 products!!! I again told them I only ordered the one product on a TRIAL BASIS!!! Questioned them about why all these charges were made to my account in the matter of weeks ( NOT 30 DAYS) apart! Again they had no answer for this.
All they could tell me was to return the next shipment and my money would be refunded by next billing cycle!!!! I made it clear that I wanted my money back immediately, and they said they would expedite it, and I would be refunded by "my next billing cycle"!!!! Didn't get far there, did we???!!!
In the meantime, I spent about $15.00 in shipping back to them with confirmed receipts, for the ORIGINAL shipment with all the empty tubes & packages, as well as the second package I received! They assured me I would be refunded for the original package, as well as, the $99.99 not yet credited back to my account and the $69.98 again taken out of my account by.....you got it: "MY NEXT BILLING CYCLE"!!! I again reiterated this was not good enough!
So here I am! I promised them I would report them to this site, as well as the attorney generals of New Jersey and Colorado! It didn't phase them at all, but my hopes is they are put out of business and fined for stealing from my account under the guise that I ordered this other stuff...when I DID NOT!!!
They are definitely operating under false business practices, and ripping off their customers!
After this, I intend to report them to the attorney's generals, and follow-up with their corporate phone #!
I'll keep you posted as to what happens!

I just called the so-called "Corporate Office" for this product! When they finally answered it was a voice-mail, by what seemed to be a very tired or stoned-out guy that said they were from Barmensen Labs, saying they would call me back!!!!!!!! Ready & Waiting!!!!!!! Doesn't sound like any "Corporate Office" to me!!!!!! Does it to you?????!!!!! By the way that # is: 732-593-3922!
