Barnes Auto Group dishonest fraudulent billing and recover the car Chicago Illinois
my car note is due every time i get paid and my payment was late. now i made arrangements to pay for my late payment on the current payment due date,and so my job paid me after that date and so barnes came and got the car.i pay 170.00 every two weeks and i had an late payment of 8.00 plus the current due on sat may 12,06 and so may 26,06 i was paying the total of 170 twice and 8.00 late fee. well today is may 31,2006 and they reposse the car last night. and on the paper the tow truck guys had the amount said 348.00. i don't know how, when im only behind 178.00,i would not have a late fee on the may26,06 payment yet their is a 5day grace period. oh by the way i've never been late before. this is a first, im not even 30 days behind. be careful bad credit does not mean you should get rip off. but i truely want to find out how many people have they done this too.
