Barr Milton James ripoff artist for deceased relative inheritance Ikeja Lagos, Nigeria
I recieved an e-mail from someone claiming to be an attorney(Barr) from Nigeria claiming that I have an inheritance from a relative how died in a car accident along with his wife and only daughter.
My last name is not that common, but I do have a lot of relatives who were born with the lsat name and not married into it. The inheritance was for 13 million US Dollars.
I was suspicious because an attorney would have contacted me by mail not e-mail. There also is no phone number or law firm name on the message.
After looking on the internet for Barr's in Nigeria I found a report matching mine almost to a "T" except a name change of the Barrister(Barr).
I have reported this to Yahoo as well as the local TV staions to have this scam exposed to the populations where I live. I will be contacting local and international authorities about this scam.
I am sure that like the other report I have read, eventually I would be asked for MONEY. With terrorism happening on a regular basis today I am also sure that the moneys sent to this so called Barr would be sent to help someone's terroristic cause.
I for one will NOT help in aiding in this cause.
