to enable us file necessary documents at our High court probate division for the release of this sum of money.

Dear Friend & Partner,

Thank you once again for your kind gesture of wanting to assist in this transaction and I look forward to further communication till the goal is achieved. This is a legitimate business concerning the estates of our late client Alan G. Arganza. I have contacted you with the hope that we can build up a firm business relationship upon which the proposed business can be achieved knowing that we will both receive mutual benefits when it is concluded. My client died without a written will or testament covering the funds mentioned in my previous e-mail to you, and this leaves us no Choice but to appoint you as a residuary beneficiary due to the fact that you both bear thesame surnames.

All paper work is in place to use you as the next of kin to my late client and this I would commence first thing tomorrow morning. I would write to the bank a formal notification letter that we have found the next of kin of my late client. I strongly suspect if I respond will receive a request for identification as well as a sum of money to process the transaction.

The fact that this individual feels obliged to provide personal information in an email, (Wife three children, etc), is highly suspect, as I deal with attorneys quite frequently and have never encountered such a scenario. I wish to inform others of this scam and hope unsuspecting innocents don't fall victim.
