Barron Services LLC WaterSheild Scam Artist and Scare Tactics debary Florida
Shortly after I moved into my new home in Kissimmee, Fl I received a card in the mail stating I qualified for a free $50 Walmart Gift Card. I contacted Barron Services at 877-968-8011 and was told that I had to agree to a water test to qualify for my FREE gift card. I reluctlanly agreed to do so. On May 13 the representative came to my home in the evening. I indicated that my wife was not there yet and the representative became very annoyed stating that we both had to be present for the presentation to take place. I explained that my wife was on her way and he stated that he hoped it did not take to long because he did not get paid by the hour. My wife got home about 15 min later and the representative (I think his name was Chris) got started. He did a short presentation and then started the high pressure sales tactics!!! I explained to him that I had never heard of his company and wanted to look around first before I made any decesions. He said that he hoped I didn't take to long because the water could make me sick. At this point I asked him to leave. As he was leaving he made a comment to my wife under his breath. I asked him what he had said and he stated "you live with her so you probably already know". At this point I told him to leave and never contact us again. Over the next couple of days Barron Services contacted me to offer me a system at a reduced rate due to the problems I had with the representative. I explained I never would do business with them but they still offered to put a system on my home for $2000.
DO NOT LET THIS COMPANY IN YOUR HOME!!!!

My name is Anthony Durocher the owner of Barron Services once again I am addressing a false report that is from what we believe to be a competitor. On the above date and surrounded dates in question our company was in Volusia County and Hillsborough County. At no point during the dates were we in Kissimmee Florida. The only other complaint is from Kissimmee Florida as well with no last name no address and no email just like this one. If a customer truly had concerns they would of filed a complaint with BBB were you have to prove you are a potential customer that we actually visited. Or they could call me personally on my cell phone which is provided by the BBB. We did not visit this persons home ever and it's more slanderous statements trying to give my company a bad name. In closing I will leave you with this, if anyone has any questions or concerns you can reach me personally at my office. Finally if any future customers have any concerns please don't hesitate to stop by my office and I will show you our records proving we did not ever see these people and if you can see that we did I will give you a system for free.
