Bas Panch Real Estate Company fail to represent my offer to the bank owned property Valencia california
The property in valencia was coming to be listed in MLS. I wrote the offer with my agent prior to hit the MLS. The day it came in, I was told there was another offer before yours and the bank is going to look at offers one at the time and negotiate with the first one first and if it is not sold, then they will go to the next one in line. My understanding has always been the fact that they will look at all offers and will choose the best one. ( not necessery the highest one). bass panch realty never submitted my offer to the bank of america. the house is pending right now and is not closed yet. I wonder if there is anything I could do about it.

Dear Bas,
I would like to take this opportunity to express my deepest appreciation for the care and time you took with my short sale. When I was transferred from my job at Lockheed Martin in California to my new position in Texas, I was unsure of how I would be able to get out of my home being “underwater”. The relocation company dictated the move and how you were supposed to handle the short sale. Although, your experience proved invaluable in making this impossible situation happen.
You advised the relocation company that they could not be involved in the short sale due to the fact that they are a third party and a short sale can not involve a third party. The relocation company insisted and you moved forward as instructed, only to have to restart the whole process months later when you were proved correct and they had to be removed from the sale. Then, when the investor of my loan wanted $100k over the fair market value, you yet again, went to bat for me. You wrote letters, made endless phone calls, sent in unending documentation, and even contacted your Washington, D.C. connections to prove your point.
Your determination, relentless, positive, hard work did not go unnoticed by me or others involved in the transaction. You made this happen! And for that, my family and I will be forever grateful. It was a long and bumpy road, but I knew with you and your expertise, that we would cross the finish line victorious.
Thank you hardly seems enough for all you have done. I am eternally grateful for your kindness, selflessness, and professionalism in helping me. To any other perspective sellers, or buyers for that matter, I highly recommend Bas Panch and his highly capable team for handling all your Real Estate needs. In response to the complaint, I am not in the practice of accepting offers without first having a listing from the Bank regarding REO properties.
Once a listing has been posted on the MLS, everyone has a fair chance of submitting offers and all offers will be presented to the Bank for their acceptance of an offer, within the allotted timeframe.
Each Bank has their own guidelines and we have always abided by each and every one of them. Also, the company name is SCV Home Buyer, not Bas Panch Realty.
