July 15, 2014 I placed an order for an outdoor fountain. On July 18th I received an e-mail from Larry Krazyman saying my order was on backorder and not scheduled to ship until the end of August. How should they proceed. I said keep me on backorder. They charged my credit card the full amount of $414. I asked that the charges be reversed since the item to ship was a month and a half away. Larry emailed me he would do it and it was never done. I spoke to Crystal at Customer Service and she said she would send a note to have it done. It was never reversed. I again spoke to Customer Service and they said my order was confirmed for August 22, 2014. I called on August 27th and asked where my order was they said a new ship date of 9/1/14 was given. I then asked to cancel my order since it was obvious I was being given a total run round. I am supposed to receive an e-mail showing me they are reversing the charges. Today, 8/27/14 I have not received that yet. By Friday, 8/29/14, I will contact the NY Attorney General's office to see how to proceed with a complaint and get my money back. Do Not Order From This Company!!!!
