I reached out to this "business” from a friend’s recommendation. I was already a bit weary regarding the services as I had heard from a few other fellow colleagues that the provided service was poor, yet being the enthusiast I am I gave the new business a try. I ordered a graphics accelerator for my 2012 Macbook Pro and then Chuck suggested that I affirm my purchase with a software license agreement. This struck me as odd as I am aware that this is a legal contract between the licensor and purchaser of a software item that establishes the rights of the purchaser. I hadn’t needed one to purchase this type of equipment prior, yet I was in a rush so I agreed and went along my way. The graphics accelerator was higher end, so the sum of my purchase was $300.00. I was told that it would take approximately five business days to receive the device, yet eventually ten had went by and nothing had occurred. I called Chuck back, and this time the quirky and polite man I had initially spoken to had vanished. He was accusing me of fabricating my order and stated that he had no interest in speaking to a low life who merely wanted to 'waste his time’. I was appalled, but was successful in calming the outraged man down to a point where he could conversation properly. He looked over his purchase orders, found mine and put a 'rush’ on it. He gave an empty-sounding apology and said in five more business days I would have my accelerator.

After another intensely frustrating five days, I called Chuck back and this time the man was completely brazen. He told me to’f*ck off’ and told me after looking into my history my license to purchase software was expired and I needed to make a minimum payment of $199.99 if I wanted to push anything forward straight away. This accusation made absolutely no sense and was utterly bizarre. I told him that his "business” certainly was not worth my time, and that I shall take my business elsewhere! This awful experience has certainly impacted my outlook as an enthusiast on new companies. In the weeks following my atrocious encounter with "Bay Tech Solutions”, I recieved strange phone calls from various heavy-accented individuals telling me I needed to pay a "computer-license fee”. I was also added via public forum by "Chuck Murphy” almost as if he was taunting me devoid of contact. I don’t know if the two incidents were related, yet I can only make a justified and educated guess that they are. I know now the best I can do is warn any future victims/clients of "Bay Tech Solutions”. Buy, or please, beware!
