Baydownloads.com rip off, scam Internet
I recently was looking for a sight which I could use to to download some software I've been looking for. When I typed in a google search I was presented with a link for baydownloads.com. The site advertised a one time only life membership for the low price of $4.87.
Now thinking that $5 is a fairly reasonable price and considering that the site had the programs I was looking for I figured what the heck. However after inputing my payment information I was informed that my trial membership to 3 other websites had been activated: Megadownloadpass.com, vipbookmark.com and discountvideopass.com. All of which are porn sites that I have no interest in.
I immediately looked for a way to cancel these subscriptions as I believe they will be upgraded to full subscriptions in 4 days. However every one of these sites has redirected me to www.customersupporthelp.com. And so far this site has not gotten back to me about any of my "concerns" which does not inspire much confidence.
I would advise everyone to stay away from baydownloads.com.
