Bayrakkalle M. Melih Kayahan, Rasin Gures, Michael Stewart, Glenmere Consultants Turkey, Glenmere, Embassy, Dallas Texas
These individuals and the companies named, conspired to bilk my clients out of 6.2 million dollars. They succeeded by managing to involve one of their clients, a major Turkish company, in securing a letter of credit from Deutsche Bank. When the letter of credit (SBLC) was secured at one of Deutsche's branches, the cash from my client was sent to Kayahan and Gures and their company, Bayrakkalle. That money was stolen by Kayahan.
My client tried to secure the guarantee and the lost funds from Deutsche Bank, but Deutsche Bank denied issuing the instrument. Ultimately, my client sued Deutsche Bank and were repaid, plus, I assume, damages. I was never paid. My clients could not complete their work and Kayahan, a Turk, got off with the 6.2 million. Gures stole 10,000 from my client and Stewart, the introducing party, committed forgery and stole $50,000 from another client of mine.
