Bayshore Mortgage Funding Ian and Casey Waisted 1 year tryin on a Reverse Mortgage received no money they tried tomake me pay them Towson Nationwide
This company called me about getting a reverse mortgage. Assured me there would only be an out of pocket cost for the course on reverse mortgages. Waisted 8 months of jumping through hoops of extensive paperwork with a gentleman named Ian. On the 8th month I tried calling him ,the company no return calls. After 1 month of nothing a Casey calls me and again has me jumping through hoops found Ian left and formed his own company. Jumped another 2 months and finally Casey is telling me Ihave toput down a major down payment which is against all federeal regulations. I do not recommend this company it is a big scam.
