Bayview Lending Did not properly distribute funds Coral Gables Florida
His company was paid mortgage a number of times. And within those mortgages taxes assess by the city that the person lives in were also included. The understanding was that bayview was to also pay the taxes that were rolled into the mortgage However they failed to do so. Notification was sent to this company in May to correct situation however they still receive pay and did nothing to correct it situation. When they were contacted by the consumer they did little to help remedy the situation although legally they should. In my opinion, a corrupt company such as this does not need to exist and I would stay far away from them if were any other consumer looking to refinance.
