Glad to know that some people have nothing better to do than skim this website to make 'better than thou' comments. To DAVE in Florida, or wherever you're from, I'm glad to know you're so perfect....I DO NOT have a problem admitting that I made a mistake going on the car dealer's word about when my payment was due. That doesn't change the fact that I never received a statement, and didn't really expect one, yet....I have more to do with my time. I've dealt with GMAC in the past; no beef there. You take some time, (obviously, you have plenty of it) and call some of the phone numbers on BB & T's website and try to talk to A PERSON. You need to be careful about your comments my friend. Whether you know it, or not, it IS okay to stand up for what you believe is wrong. Let me guess, DAVE, are you the president of BB&T????

Was calling the BBB. Judging from your attitude, I am going to say that you do this a lot. Ok, so they didn't send a statement. When I leased my vehicle from GMAC, they didn't send one either. I called 1 month after signing the contract to let them know, they said NO PROBLEM. They sent one immediately and I paid it - No late fees. It is quite obvious that you have an attitude problem. Instead of working it out with the bank you immediately file a BBB report against them. It is also quite obvious that you believe the world is out to screw you - "I was FORCED into bankruptcy". Please.
