I do NOT think you are crazy. I have worked in client service for BB&T for over 8 yrs. I have disputed alot of fraud. It is possible that your ATM/Debit card has been duplicated. It is not odd to me that you are in possession of your card and yet what appears to be "your" card is being used. And if I am remembering what you said correctly in your complaint, you mentioned that it is illegal for you to authorize someone to use your card at the ATM. That is NOT correct. You could give your card to someone and authorize them to make a withdrawal but YOU are placing yourself at risk. Is your PIN on your card something that is easy to figure out? For instance, I will not let a client choose their birthdate, ss# last 4 digits, a 4 digit house #, etc. You must be creative with your PIN. Why are you afraid to have the film developed so BB&T can see who it is?
