Complaint Review: BCX Printing Centers - Glendale Arizona

Walter, funny you do not give your experience as o why you make these false claims? Truth is you are someone who pulled your own scam and since I didn't just ignore it you feel I am somehow wrong or nutty I guess? Well for the record, I paid Walter here up front for a frum I needed for a machine I had just purchased. He promised to send it immediately when receiving payment. After 10 days went by and no drum delivered I called to ask what happened. At that time I asked to cancel the order since he had not even sent the drum yet. So went from guaranteeing it the next day he would ship it to not even shipping it 10 days later. Walter refused to refund me my money so I was forced to put out another $250 bucks and buy another drum and then over 2 weeks later his drum showed up. It was then useless to me and still sits here unused. If I am a nutcase for that then so be it man... Still makes you no less the scam artist you are.

I also had the misfortune of dealing with Mike Sabie at BCX Printing in Glendale,Arizona. I would never refer anyone to this company. The owner is a complete psychopathic jerk. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this nut case at BCX Printing in Glendale, Arizona.

Here is this persons email to me after all the emails previously ok claiming I forced the logo on him that he knew nothing about that I was ripping him off etc... He ran to paypal and they rejected his false claims on and on all the way to me having to contact the police to ask for relief from Harrassment from this guy....Now all of a suden he wants to forget everything and come pay me cash and pick up the sign????? CAN WE SAY BI-POLAR??? So I agreed I said great come pick up the sign pay me cash like you said in your email and remove your false claims from the internet.... Here is his offer...

I do not know if you received my voicemail so I wanted to shoot you a quick email.  Hey listen this is completely getting out of control.  I am will to eat the $259.94 , even though I am still unhappy with the quality of the work I do not want to fight with you any longer.  Lets get this settled and move on in life!  I know you are too busy for this nonsense and I know I am too busy for this nonsense!  I will give you the $259.94 in exchange for the "plastic" lexan - thats it, you do not have to do anything!  You do not have to fix the vinyl, you do not have to install - nothing!  Just bring the piece over (or I will come and get it since I know you do not have a vehicle).  I will give you CASH.  We will write up an agreement that we are both satisfied and that neither of us owes the other anything!  We will both agree to remove any and all "reviews" that we have given each other and we will be done with it!  What do you say - do want to be done with this?

Really? Here is very next email sent to me...

I just paid invoice #1836 in full in the amount of $259.94 thru Paypal.  We are now settled up.   Please deliver the other half of my sign or let me know and I will make arrangements to have it picked up from you.  Once again I do not want you to "finish" the job I just paid you in full for, all I want is the product and I will have someone else finish it.  I hope this will put this matter to rest and we can both move on to better endeavor's.  Thanks, Brett.

 

DID I MISS SOMETHING? THE SIGN WAS FINISHED WHEN I SAID IT WOULD BE FIRST OFF AND IT WAS HE WHO WANTED IT CHANGED THE COLORS THE WORDING EVERYTHING HE WANTED CHANGED THAT WAS WHY I TOOK THE PIECE BACK AND HE REFUSED TO PAY ME FOR THE BALANCE SO I WASN'T LEAVING IT ALL THERE..

So he comes full circle now and agrees he was wrong for lying about the situation about straight up LYING ABOUT THE GRAPHIC ART WORK HE ORDERED THAT I DID THAT HE STATES WAS NEVER ORDERED AND I WAS MAKING IT UP... now he has come full circle and wants to pay me cash and pick it up.. so he pays Paypal and demands i deliver it... ???

RUN A SEARCH AND YOU WILL SEE HOW HE GETS HIS LOW MILEAGE VEHICLES AND THE CLEAN TITLES THERE IS A SISTER COMPANY IN TEXAS OF ALL PLACES.. SEARCH WASH TITLES ON GOOGLE AND SEE WHAT KIND OF RISK IS TAKEN WHEN PURCHASING ONE OF ANY UNBELIEVABLE GREAT DEALS ON LOW MILE VEHICLES.. MY ADVICE IS RUN AND GO TO A REAL AUTO DEALER NOT SOME SCAM ON THE SIDE OF THE FREEWAY.

Just so everyone out there knows, I did offer to settle this matter with BCX Printing and Mr. Michael Sabie Jr. He refused to work it out. Here was my offer to him right from the beginning. Mr. Sabie Jr. and I both agreed that we started out on the wrong foot and I offered to just "move on" and I asked him to either refund my $200.00 deposit and he could take the poor quality signage with him or he could leave the "plastic" and I would have a more professional sign company re due the vinyl lettering (I even told him he could rip off the vinyl he put on - he was very persistent that I was trying to rip him off like all other car dealers). He wanted nothing to do with this offer. I think that he thinks everyone is out to get him when really he just does poor quality work. As far as his threats to get a harassment order - I doubt it - this guy is all talk and has nothing better to do than threaten people all day. I have been waiting for his process server to show up and still nothing! Not a licensed and bonded dealer??? Give me a break - you can all go to my website at autoparadiseaz.com to see this guy is just making stuff up and deflecting to make himself seem like the "victim". This sign is actually for our “second” location opening on July 1^st. The package that I have put together for the Arizona Attorney General’s office and the Registor of Contractors includes copies of my personal and my company bank statements that clearly show that Mr. Sabie Jr. is slandering my business and my name. All of you viewing this dispute already know that this is going to cost Mr. Sabie Jr. and I several thousand dollars before it is over. I am patiently waiting for Mr. Sabie Jr. to turn this matter over to his collection agency and to be served with court papers (nothing yet). If and when he does this I will take some of that money “I do not have” and use it to defend myself, my business and my reputation. I will keep all of you posted on the status of this dispute as it will go on for month’s maybe even years! Don’t forget to research this guy and his company – I am not the only victim out there with a similar story! All over $259.94 - WOW - what a bunch of idiots we are (I know that is what you all are thinking and I agree)!!! I would prefer to just write it off as a bad business expense but this guy refuses to leave me and my business alone! He is forcing me to get my attorneys involved and to warn other potential victims out there. By the way "slander" is something that is absolutely false and is said to try and make someone look bad and to try and ruin their reputation - it is said without merit or proof! Mr. Sabie Jr. has clearly done this and will pay for it in the end! He will claim that I am slandering him, however, I have three sworn and notarized statements from others that were there the day he delivered the signs and those statements will also be included in my package and these individuals will be going to the SUPERIOR (yes, not small claims) court with me when we file suit against this LIAR!

This person has charges filed for harrassment of my business and myself. Claiming I hacked a Paypal account is absurd and this person is every bit the scam artist he is proving himself to be. His sign was completed as promised yet he wanted it changed and demanded it done immediately yet he never paid for the sign at all and is now claiming it was poorly done etc. in addition Paypal denied his cc lain which in the Paypal invoice it clearly states no refunds as it is because I purchased materials which he still has and yet he thinks he should not pay gift any of it because he was going to be charged for his changes as well as I didn't rush to get him his new sign in a day. Bottom line he is a scam has no money to pay for the sign and niw has to answer to not only my collection company but to the courts fur why he believes by not paying for his sign allows him thw right to slander and blackmail my business in order to get out of paying for work that was ordered and completed. If there are any doubts this guy is seriously ill jChe realize he claims I hacked his Paypal in order not to steal his money but to change an email he sent??? This guy is a scam ghetto diesnt have a dime left and had been selling cars without a license for quite some time so he is now pisded that he will not get that license after the complaint is filed against him for defaulting on his contract.
