I finally received my full refund. I disputed the charge to my credit card who investigated and acquired it. The company still insists that the refund had been provided according to their computer records. However, according to my credit card it had not been received. I don't know where the final mixup occurred, but it should not have been this difficult. I'm still very disappointed in the company. My last call to Beachbody I was informed my situation would be forwarded to the finance department who would consult with my credit card to see where this elusive refund was and someone would call me back in a few days. I never heard from them. It's a shame. The product itself is fantastic and I would highly recommend it! But it's a shame that it's reputation is being marred by poor customer service.
