In March 2008 I purchased Turbo Jam exercise program from a product advertisement on TV, a product of Beachbody/Team Beachbody/Product Partners LLC. There was a special payment if paying by credit/debit card of $32.90 for first month and 2 payments of $19.95 for those who called "now". I called "now" and gave my credit/debit card number. In March my account showed a deduction taken of $39.90. On April 4 my account was debited with another $39.90. On May 5, my account was hit for another $39.90. On May 23 my account was debited for $38.87. On June 23, another $38.87 was deducted for this product.

I have been billed for $157.54 for a product that was only supposed to cost $84.74.

On June 27 I called their 1-800-207-0420 number that I found by going to the internet. At approximately 9:30 AM I spoke with a Customer Service rep named "Max" who indicated (after hearing my complaint) that they were upgrading their system and to call back in 1 hour. At 4:33 I called back and spoke with "Hazel" who as I was explaining my situation, hung up on me. At 4:35 I spoke with "Kenneth Walker" who after hearing my problem, indicated that they were updating their system and to call back in 1 hour. I explained that "Max" had told me that earlier this morning. He apologized "very much" for my inconvenience but said that they were updating their systems and to call back in 1 hour.

Did you ever contact Pierre?  Was he able to fix all the issues?  It seems that he responded to every  complaint on this site.  Just wanted to know if this was just for show or if it truly was ligit?  Am looking into possibly ordering, but wanted to be sure I had someone in my corner if I had any of the same problems.

Thanks,

Liz

The exact same thing (different dollar amounts) happened to me; in fact, I just finished dealing with them today trying to get the last of my promised refund. Customer service employees will try a number of distraction tactics and rattle off so much perplexing information - PLUS the information you get back from each different customer service rep is totally different and inconsistent from a previous one - that they cleary attempt to confuse the customer in hopes of still taking some portion of the customer's money. Then, when you haven't given in to the information they've provided you, they offer a phone # to "corporate". Twice I was given corporate's phone number, twice the phone #'s were different, and twice the number ends up hanging up on you while you are on hold. Interesting, isn't it. Coincidence? Nah. I too had a customer service rep hang up on me after I got the last penny of due refund just as I was thanking him for his help. Ticked off I s'pose since their games with numeric confusion and information overload did not work on me. Plus ... has anyone else noticed that their MATH is always off by a few dollars here, a few dollars there? They even have the courage to ask you for a copy of your BANK STATEMENT .. can you believe that? Can anyone spell "fraud"????? Or, "deceptive business practices"??? What business has the right or need for a copy of someone's personal bank statement???? How about asking for your new credit card #? What do they need your new credit card # for if you are fighting for a refund you were guaranteed??? This company has "need for Consumer Protection Agency" written all over it. In the long run of this, I have, in essence, ended up paying $82.65 for a product I no longer have in my possession. If they follow thru with the last bit of the refund amount they owe me yet, this returned product will still have cost me $68.00 plus the postage I had to pay to send it back. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS PRODUCT if you want to protect your bank account or credit card. I never went through this with any other fitness product I have purchased via TV ad or online. I've gone back to my Tae Bo 4-tape collection, Abs of Steel and Buns of Steel .... you can obviously trust Billy Blanks and Tamilee Webb .. they took exactly what I owed them only once!

I will only have access to this email account, so please I express patience if I have not responded in 24 hours.
