Total Rip off says call between the hours of 10 am and 5 pm the rip off has never answered the d**n phone. fraudulent rip off i say. never has emailed me back. took my money and never sent me my items that i ordered. over 79.00 worth of items and i am stuck with it. now my boy friend ordered them for me and paid for them so they actually ripped him off. kind of sad that they can keep operateing like that. some one needs to shut this rip off down and send him to jail so he can be some ones toy. i am totaly upset over al of this. i hate rip offs.
