I orignanally was dealing w/ Bear Country Vacations, servicing out of Toronto. The customer service & responses were friendly, but not exactly correct or effecient. When the company was moved (bought out) by Patricia, the nightmare began. I literally had to dig up original paperwork & paid reciepts to prove I paid the original itinerary fees. I was told over & over by rude emails that I was wrong. I had never paid Bear Country a penny.

About 10 emails & faxes later, I was proven to be right. The itinerary department, not sales, or owner Patricia provided me with the information, proving & acknowledging the proof was in their hands/files all along. It has been nothing but a runaround since 11/04. I have recieved nothing but rude & ignorate responses regarding my acct #3509. They have sent me an itinerary the end of April, for travel & $1600 (approx) due asap.

I wouldn't trust a trip to the corner store set up by Patricia or Bear Country. I will be asking them for a refund, and can guarantee a fight from them. I have every correspondence & original e-bay/paypal info back to 3/25/03 until today, 5/8/05.

Kelly" CC: [email protected] Teresa, You contacted us regarding your vacation and were very snotty in all your emails and faxes. We issued you a itinerary within the terms and conditions and your request. You chose not to respond. It is clearly stated in the terms and conditions of the offer, that no refund will be issued once a itinerary has been issued whether accepted or declined. No refund will be issued to you.
