Tried to cancel subscription before the end of the 14 day trial period, service representative said ok and commences to tell me I have more time now to review the product, I refuse the offer. He continued to say it was cancelled but I would have to call again to give a review of the product. I asked for email confirmation and he said I should have the email cancellation in 24-48 hours. I asked why it took so long to get confirmation and he explained that's how long it can take to get through the system. I called BS and wanted to speak to a supervisor. Miraculously my email cancellation confirmation arrived instantly. I never did get to talk to a supervisor because he rudely hung up on me. Horrible customer service, do not care about you want.
