Beaute Creams's web site showed all the pluses for two products. One was a wrinkle reduce and the other a cream. It was supposedly on Dr. Oz and recommended highly by his guests. Thought I would try it. 14-day trial offer was free. Just had to pay for shipping. One was $3.95 and the other $4.95.
Received the product and tried it. In 14-days I didn't expect an improvement. Decided I might order a 30-day supply depending on price. Before I had a chance to order, I received my credit card statement. I was charged for $3.95 and $4.95 but also a charge for $99.95 and another for $89.95. Shock!! I immediately called the phone number on my order receipt.
I spoke to a gentleman named Sabien who had great difficuly speaking decent English. He, I think, said I had to pay the $99.95 and $89.95 for the trial shipment since I kept it and used it. I explained that I did not understand why. The two trial orders were FREE! After we went back and forth trying to understand each other, I asked him to transfer me to a Manager. He said he could not do that. There was no Manager there. We talked some more and I explained I was going to call my credit card company. I again asked to speak to a Manager. He said he would transfer me. Within 2 minutes I was disconnected.
I do plan to call my credit card company. We shall what develops. If Rip Off can help, that would be terrific.
Guess that's why I don't order much on the Internet. Unless I know absolutely it's a good product!
