Thank you so much for that information, she wont get away with this change. We will never give up. The state is involved as well as consumer affairs.

Wanted you all to know Becky Acord has changed her name to Becky Peckham (got married) and her farm is now called Hidden Rock Farm....aka rocky ledge and horsehill stables! Just wanted you all to know she's still at it under a new name!

You may all be very interested in knowing this.Back in February she was served by the Dept. of Agricultural a $1,000.00 fine for selling horses without coggins or having a license to do so. We received an email today from the department and they need to HEAR FROM EVERYONE THAT SHE HAS MANAGED TO SCAM. "send all your info. to (((REDACTED))). PLEASE dont ignore this because she will continue to sell horses that are so misrepresented, sick etc......This is not fair to any of us. The more info. he has the better off we all are. This matter has been forwarded to the Attorney Generals Office and I am now going to go directly to her as well. We can shut her down.

Stay away from this horse dealer. Yes that is all she is.
I cant believe she still has horses for sale and the state has not shut her down. The state has many records of her business on file. She didnt even have a license when we purchased a horse and she never gave us a coggins. Sounds as though some of you received a coggins although they were phony. WE NEED TO STOP HER FROM SELLING AND RIPPING OTHERS OFF. She took thousands of dollars from us and then we paid thousands of dollars in vet bills.

I continue to read exactly the same story from horses bought from Becky Acord and Rocky Ledge Stables. I know it's a nuisance, but everyone should followup there experience by reporting these frauds to the state government in charge of these establishments and in charge of enforcing the laws regarding Coggins certificates. They already have a file on Becky and have visited her more than once. I don't know what they can do, but they should be encouraged. Second, report this fraud to Equine.com. That's where we first found her horses listed. I notified Equine.com and they said they could only act if they had a number of complaints. So send Equine.com, or any other website where you find Becky's horses listed, a notice of your fraud. Maybe we can at least cut off the supply of unwitting marks.
