On September 15, 2013 I spoke with Nathan D, a furniture specialist at bedroomfurniturediscounts.com on the phone and he helped me place an order for a bedroom furniture set. The total amount was $1,510.00 charged to my credit card immediately.

 


On October 8, 2013 I received a confirmation email stating that my furniture had been shipped and I would receive it in less than 3 weeks. I was provided with a website link to track my order, but this link was just a generic picture showing how the order's shipping & delivery process works, rather than showing where MY specific order was currently at.


 


On October 15, 2013 I received an automated follow up email asking me to choose between the options of receiving my order or not receiving my order yet. I still had not received my order. I began speaking via email with Tiffany H, the Customer Success Manager, and she verified that I would receive my order the week of November 4. Today is November 4, and my order status shows that it has not even shipped yet. I spoke with Vlad on the phone and he offered to upgrade my order to the platinum delivery service and credit my card $100. Tiffany also confirmed Vlad's promise via email as well as confirming a guarantee that I will receive my order this week.


 






Yesterday, November 5, I received a call from Vlad stating that he cannot credit the $100 that was promised by both him and Tiffany. I also received an email from Tiffany stating my order had finally shipped and would be received in 4-6 weeks. I responded requesting an actual shipping tracking number via FedEx or UPS and a rushed shipping to receive my order within two weeks.


 




Today, November 6, I didn't receive any response from Tiffany. Vlad called me asking if I'd just like to cancel my order and get a full refund credited to my card. I decided to cancel and Vlad sounded happy about my decision and couldn't get off the phone fast enough. I emailed Tiffany asking when I should expect to receive my full refund and again no response.






          This company is a false advertising scam and I would advise everyone to spend an extra few bucks and  order with a different furniture company.
